1. Location

   Braga

   Braga is one of the most walk-able district in Bandung. Bandung's most storied promenade — a kilometre of Art Deco facades, colonial-era cafes, independent boutiques, and buzzing nightlife where old Dutch Bandoeng meets contemporary city culture.

2. Architecture

   Yodi Juliardi

   Graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2010. His career began with Tan Tik Lam Architects in 2011, prior to starting his own practice in 2015. This Bandung-based architecture firm primarily focuses on the exploration of the interaction between indoor and outdoor, between garden and building mass, via the intermediary space.

3. Rooms & Facilities

   23 Rooms, Pantry, & Balconies

   Consist of 19 Single Rooms, 3 Single Lofts, & 1 Twin Loft. The building sits on minimal footprint amidst the urban setting. However, still accommodate a common area for pantry and open air balconies.
